First visit to a chiropractor for chiropractic assessment

If it is your first visit to the Sameday Chiropractic Clinic, here’s what you can expect.

You’ll receive a warm welcome from our staff and made to feel comfortable. Our friendly clinical assistants will greet you every time you visit us. If in case you have to wait for a few minutes, you can relax in your reception area and update yourself with the latest in the field of chiropractic.

We will ask you a set of questions and listen to your answers. This will help us know you better.

Next, a chiropractor will see you in person and begin with your treatment. You may also be shown an educational video that helps you learn more about chiropractic.

During your meeting with our chiropractor, you can address all your health concerns and ask any questions that you may have related to the treatment. The chiropractor will take your detailed case history. The case history will help us know about your past and current lifestyle.

After the case history, you will have to go through a complete assessment that includes chiropractic, neurological, orthopaedic, postural and radiological (when necessary) examinations.

Where necessary, the chiropractor may recommend you undergo a Digital X-ray of one to two areas of your body. X-rays can be a powerful tool in diagnosing problem areas that may be impacting your current health and future well being.

You treatment may or may not be carried out on the first visit. This depends on the findings of your examinations and is decided by your chiropractor. The first visit usually takes about 40 minutes.

Second visit to a chiropractor

Your second visit is where we will report and explain the findings of your examination in the first visit. We will brief you on what we found from the examinations and how we can help you improve your health.

You may be shown a short video that explains the purpose and meaning of the findings in your initial examination. The video will help you to know the reason behind your pain and discomfort. It would also explain the underlying problem (if any) and help you understand your situation in detail.

The chiropractor will then provide you a recommended course of treatment and answer any of your questions. Your chiropractor will discuss a plan that will help you return to optimum health.

At Sameday Chiropractic Clinic, we believe that you should be aware of the problems behind your pains and aches. You would be able to appreciate the treatment that chiropractic offers once you know the root cause behind your problems.

Remember that chiropractic is not magic and definitely not a quick fix solution for your problems. You would be able to get better results from your treatment if you understand how it works.

As there would be a detailed discussion on your examination results, your second visit can take about 40 minutes or more. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions that you may have during your second visit. Our staff would be glad to assist you with all your doubts.

Regular visits to a chiropractor

Once you begin your treatment, you would have to come for regular visits as a part of the treatment. A regular visit is much shorter than the first two visits but is equally important.

Regular visits are extremely important to prevent relapse.

Your regular treatment will take place in any one of our treatment rooms in complete privacy and comfort. Your chiropractor would continue with the treatment plan especially designed to improve your health condition based on results from the initial visits.

Once the initial treatment sessions for your problem have been completed, you will have to a get re-examination done. The results from this examination will help us evaluate your current condition and compare it with your earlier results.

Most patients will witness a marked improvement in their condition. Your chiropractor might recommend a Wellness Care plan so that you can build on the treatment and improve your condition further.

At Sameday Chiropractic Clinic, we will thoroughly assess you at every stage of your treatment and only provide you the treatment that your body needs.

We will ensure that you are comfortable throughout the course of your treatment and all your queries are answered promptly. You can be sure that you would get the best care available during your treatment.

If in rare cases, we feel that we would be unable to help you, we would guide you to the most appropriate specialist for your condition.

A regular visit would take about 15 minutes. We advise patients never to miss a regular visit to avoid relapse.
